This weekend, at the Jefferson City MO KC All Breed Shows in Sedalia MO, under
James E. Frederiksen, my boy "Rio", CaralonQED Tanbark's Treasure Island V
Joelle Aramist, OFA H/E completed his Championship (pending AKC confirmation)
. He is the 4th Champion for both his sire & dam, his father, a Bull son, Ch.
CaralonQED JD Drew Bleibtreu, RN, OFA H/E and his mother, a Titanic/Ivana
grandaughter, Aramists BlingBling v Joelle, ROM.
Rio will be enjoying his retirement from the ring, which was not his favorite
pastime. A HUGE thank you to Tiffany Bartley who tried to keep it as fun for
him as possible and kept his mind on the task. He was not an easy dog to show,
thanks so much Tiffany & Mindy!!!! So now Rio will get to be home and maybe
entertain a few Ladies in his future. He has one litter on the ground, out of
a beautiful Nicaragua daughter with three of those puppies already in the
showring, one having 4 Best Puppies under her belt, another already boasting 3
points, and the third also having a point as well, all before 1 year of age.
Rio is owned by Carole Michael, Chris Kimerer, Tiffany Bartley & Pat Parsons
and his breeders are Chris Kimerer, Tiffany Bartley, Joann Corbin & Donna
Calabrese. He is in residence at Tanbark Kennels and lives there with
his sister Sparkle, his mom BlingBling, as well as his daughter Trinket. It's
fun to see three generations cruise around the yard, all of them make me smile
every day.
