Actually having one person in charge worked out well one time.
I remember Germany when one strong leader was able to take the country in
one direction. After the war, they were is need of a rebuilt, but for a
couple
of years, their theory about a strong leader helped them develop a strong
economy. But, when they invaded England, it proved to be a mistake.
So far, in America, we have a representative government, and we seldom
accept being told what to do with out freedoms. But, we always were a bit of
a
cooky country.
In Germany they have a Breed Warden, still. Some people never learn.
