[ SHOWGSD-L ] Brag and New Title

Hi Y'all,
Today at the Governor's Foot Guard Show in Hartford, CT CherLyn's Dixie,
RAE, TC, HIC, CGC took third place in Novice B under Jim Ashton. This was
Dixie's third leg which gives her the title of CD to add to her list! Today
Dixie was an excellent ambassador for the breed. While doing the down stay the
dog next to her broke the stay, walked over to Dixie and began poking Dixie in
the butt with its nose, my heart sank! The owner of the other dog got her dog
under control as Dixie continued to remain in her down stay. When the exercise
ended the judge, Jim Ashton complimented on how Dixie was a very nice working
GSD and was excellent on her stays!
Dixie had completed her four Rally titles last year and has started off this
year successfully as well. She is a CH Witmer's Jamiroquai daughter out of
Dolmar's Kelly of Rambelon, RA, TC, HIC, CGC, who is co owned by my daughter
Laura.
