Yes, they are absolutely wonderful...great on your back and helps keep you
from getting soaked. Everyone I have talked into getting one, is very, very
pleased with the purchase.
I got mine about 10 years ago or when they first came out. Costco in our
area is selling them now for about $160....I paid over $300 for mine years ago.
I have never had a dog tip it over.
