I think Frank and Nancy are the only people who can answer that.
I had to fight to get it awarded years ago. After that, I was never asked
to help.
I will say that Frank is one of the main supporters of the Youth
Recognition Fund, so I know his dedication to Juniors is without question. I
have
to assume with all the work being done on the National it is a big job for
everyone right now.
