[ SHOWGSD-L ] Board silence

messages approved by the
Executive Committee or through a forum conducted and governed by the
board.â??"
The way I read this is that a board member cannot give an "official" Board
position but can give an opinion as to how they see this. Not that they
cannot communicate with anyone they please about what went on "in their
opinion".
Might be a convenient excuse to not comment on an uncomfortable subject
and keep us mushrooms in the dark.
am I wrong?
