I don't understand why ALL CHARTER BREED CLUBS, Dog food manufacturers,
suppliers, distributors, etc don't ALL join forces. There is strength and
MONEY in numbers.

And if the freed up money could go to, say, a lobbyist, to represent our
interests??? Even talk to a couple other national clubs and have them chip
in and have 3 lobbyists? One for DC (yep, we'll need one soon!) and a
lobbyist firm that has reputable people on the ground in the states?
Wow, what an idea... proactive and thinking ahead!!

There is NO problem with the GSDCA budget and finances that I am aware of
and that was NOT the impetus for my suggestion. IMO it is always worthwhile
to examine how we do business to see if we can do it more efficiently in
order to free up resources for other priorities as there is NEVER enough to
do everything we would like to do.
