There is no disagreement with your explanation on term limits Ed. They do
8 years, take 2 off and come right back. With the overlap of "classes"
some are always well represented. VBG
8 years and out would ensure the input of new blood, new ideas and a
broader spectrum of representation.
Sure they do for the club and breed and who in their right mind needs all
the flack anymore. But, it does come with benefits...........sometimes big
ones.
