I joined the club to "support" too--with my entries and by having
GSDs. I joined for The Review. What I DO NOT care for is the blatant
disregard to the membership when it comes to making "big" decisions
(ie making The Review bi-monthly.) Remember your history lessons--how
the "great unwashed" (common people) blindly followed the malevolent
dictators in history. Are we, as members of the GSDCA, just supposed
to "take it" and accept the crumbs the elite serves up? Are we
supposed to blindly follow, without questions, without input?

The review...we need to wake up on that one. I'd be OK if it went
quarterly. There's no content, but we saw this coming with all of the
info
available on the Internet.
Obviously I think the economy is less than terrific, and if it means you
(generic you) can't pay a light bill then for God's sake don't pay
dues to a
dog club (or show dogs, or breed dogs etc.).
I didn't join to "get" in the first place, I joined to "support".
