Yes but 2 out of the 3 "issues/issues to be" in so many years were from  
board members eating their own, so to speak.  
 
I don't count Hunte b-cause that is a membership/by-law/code-of-whatever  
problem that has yet to be resolved BTW.
 
IMO it isn't the membership that needs to be or do or  say anything.  2 out 
of the three of these problems came from the  TOP.

serve on the  board? We put a lot of responsibility on these people and often 
seem to forget  to say "thank you" for all of their work. It is so easy to
