I think that if the agenda were posted on the membership site it would be
great....BUT, that would require the agenda to be ready early enough for that
to happen. My understanding is that often this agenda is somewhat last minute
with some board members not always participating in a timely manner. If my
understanding is wrong, please kindly correct me. If this is true, then board
members would have to step up to make this work. It would give the membership
a clear picture of who on the board is engaged....but, of course, being a board
member is a volunteer position. Cynthia

I use Constant Contact for a couple of email list I own and it costs me
$15.00 a month.
This is a good idea. There were many times I went to board meetings with no
clue as to what our membership might think on a given subject, only to find
out later there was a wealth of information out there that would have been
beneficial. A given board member does not have to listen or agree, but
having the input is worthwhile.
This would be good!
