[ SHOWGSD-L ] Blowing Coat

I am sure there must be some biological reason a bitch blows coat before going
into heat. I understand that it is hormonal, but is there any other reason for
it?
I was also told by someone that their line of bitches does not blow coat. Can
this be true? Do some lines blow more than others, making it a genetic issue?
