Unless Im mistaken, in the states you dont actually have to register the
dog? So if a breeder sells to pet owners and they choose not to register
then that wouldnt show up for statistics as to how many?
I could be wrong. In Canada if we advertise them as purebred we have to
register them all. Cant pick and choose
