there is something enticing about the BLISS concept....and its the reward
part....so why rather than award a fault, lets have an award for the
breeder with the most entries at a show......for the first time exhibitor with
the best wins on that show.....for the handler mentoring the most juniors at
a show....there are so many POSITIVE things we could be rewarding...
