We had a mother and daughter. The dam had small litters, but put out enough
coat for 2 bitches. The daughter did the same but had larger litters.
Liddy had false pregnancies with every heat, blew to naked every time, had 4,
one still born, in her one and only litter. She still blows coat, but does not
get naked anymore.
Sissy is spayed, but currently has enough coat to call her a dog, no more.
And a bare patch on her ass. She is fine, just really blowing coat.

Our Jakester daughter blew everything 2 months before her heats, we only
bred her once and had a litter of 8.
I'm curious, seems to make sense.... good high levels of hormones trigger
the coat blow?
