I got this directly from a well-known AKC Judge who is not at the Nationals
this year. According to this judge the AKC rules and regulations have
nothing to do with a NON-REGULAR CLASS which is what BEST PUPPY CLASS is at
a SPECIALTY show. If there was no best puppy class at a regular show. We
checked the AKC Rules.
