There was a letter from AKC that stated that differently. They
needed a letter from GSDCA not to object to the separation;
The board members wrote the letter voted to send it then
decided to rescind their vote. It will never end until it is
brought to the GSDCA membership to vote for are against
it.
Is it fair to the breeders and owners that have bred white
dogs to white dogs stayed with conformation of a White
Shepherd not to be able to show in conformation? Should
they not have a right to show at Westminster too?
If the GSDCA is going to maintain their GSD Standard why not
let the White Shepherd go? The owners and breeders that
want white GSDs can register them as White Shepherds.
Why do they want to breed a white dog to a GSD if they
want white dogs?
Panda's, liver, blues are all bred to
sell to puppy buyers that want the various off-color pup so
they are not even a issue. If these buyers wanted a show
dog they would buy a dog of the GSDCA Standard.
