Not all judges are to be impartial. At Saddam's trial the judge is the prosecutor. When we pick a Supreme Court judge, (or as we know our President does) he picks someone with his philosophy of society, and does not expect them to be impartial. In dogs, the AKC does require impartiality, but that is not a requirement of all "judges". I learn that over every time I go to court. Sometimes I hate that, and sometimes I love it. But, I have learned that what happens in dog shows is one of the few times a judge is to be impartial and unbiased. Webster is right.
