It still goes back to Caveat Emptor. =
NO ONE gives my dogs a Corona Virus shot, nor any other shot, nor ANY tr=
eatment, of any kind, without my consent. PERIOD!! =
If you don't understand business, you are apt to make these blanket stat=
ements you have made. =
BTW, Dr. Gregory is a woman. Please re-read my post, as you apparently =
didn't quite get what I was saying.
A good vet is a good vet, where ever he/she practices. A bad vet is a b=
ad vet, where ever he/she practices. In my experience, I have seen more=
bad vets in private practice. They can get away with more, and cover u=
p more, with no oversight, therefore, no retribution. The best vets I h=
ave seen, over the years, have been in large partnerships, LLP's, and Co=
rporations. They are very liability conscious and enjoy the perks of ea=
sier working hours, availability of state-of-the-art equipment, access t=
o each others expertise, and ability to service their clients more thoro=
ughly. =
If someone is liability conscious, they are more likely to adhere to pru=
dent, responsible business and medical/veterinary practices.
Banfield, (each office IS different) is no better or worse, overall, tha=
n any other veterinary entities.
