This though, would be a good time to ask with whom to get in touch if
the ballot doesn't get to a person. What is the procedure that is
followed for that? Remember the year of priority mails and Canadian
folks were disenfranchised? Being a worry wart, I want to be
enfranchised! (HUH< is that a word? Hey, looked it up, I used it
correctly! :-)
