[ SHOWGSD-L ] Ballot mailing date

The election materials were sent to the election agency in New York by me.
The membership list was sent to them by Dania Karloff. Then they printed
the ballots and prepared them for mailing. There were some delays including
Labor Day. The ballots were mailed to all members on Tuesday, September 11,
2007. This is still earlier than last year as well as previous years. Not
as early as we had hoped but still better by over a week.
All ballots must be back to the election services in New York by Midnight
October 11, 2007 to be counted.
