Missing Bios - I know one person that sent in her bio and they told her, they
never received it. She wasn't allowed to put it in the new ballot either

I have a few concerns about the ballot tabulation and the candidates that are
listed.
I felt this would be a good time to bring this up while we are all waiting for
our "corrected" ballots.
If I understand the tabulation system correctly, we are using the "weighted
system" to determine the winning names? Which would mean that if there are 7
positions that need to be voted on, you would need to vote for 7 people in
order for your fist choice to get the highest allotted points. If you only vote
for 3 people, what points do they get?
In reality, doesn't this suggest that you really need to vote for 7 people?
Which brings me to my next concern; There are candidates listed on the form yet
there are bios missing for some of these people. Why is this? Do these people
feel there is no need for their bio, their name should tell all? OR did they
not have the time to prepare a bio? I would seriously like to know why all
candidates do not have a bio listed.
My last concern: Based on the above, without bios and the need to vote for a
certain number of positions, doesn't this seem to force a member to choose
their last few positions by "THE NAME", something that has been a big
discussion on here over the years.
Some of "The Names" may be known in a particular location of which they may be
a member of the local regional club or some may be more vocal on this list, but
that doesn't mean that they are the right person for the position or a judging
assignment.
So as a member, how can I make what I feel, are good choices if all the bios
are not listed and how can I be assured that all my choices will carry the same
weight?
