I'm not sure if this attachment will come through but here in Canada, we've
had at least one case wherein the defendant successfully argued that the
"pitbull" law was too vague and did not address his dog even though he
admitted that his dog 'looked' like a pit bull.
Perhaps with more judges that actually consider the animals and the facts
before they rule, we can strike down these asinine laws.
