Margy,
Key word is TEST....thought we were going to TEST the electronic ballot if the
Canadians wanted to try it. They still will receive a printed balllot but we
were going to TEST the electronic ballot if they wanted to participate.
this is from the Board O Gram:
Annual Election: The GSDCA Members who live in Canada always seem to have mail
problems when attempting to cast ballots in the annual GSDCA Election. This
year, as a test, members who live in Canada and want to participate in the test
will be able to cast an electronic ballot.
