This weekend Ch. Rohan's Reward TC, HT aka "Strider" was back in the ring
after a five month hiatus due to my knee surgery. He was a happy fella and the
judges agreed.
On Sat. under Cecllia Ringstrom from Canada, he was awarded Best of Breed and
made the cut in the group under Mrs. Gellerman. On Sunday, he got the BOB
nod from Carol Duffy. Thanks for all the great comments on his movement and
temperament.
He was shown to perfection by his handler Mr. Art Sinclair who was showing
him despite the fact that he has two cracked ribs from a recent climbing
accident on his "extreme" vacation adventure. That is devotion or ???? :-))
It was a great weekend that ended with friends having a wonderful dinner
eating outside riverside in Petaluma, California with a jazz quartet, singer
and
great food. Don't know if I go to these dog shows for showing dogs or for the
fun we have after the show!!!
