Everytime Evan writes to it it will update - that is the definition of a B=
LOG.
AOL might not show it for an hour, but it updates IMMEDIATELY
AOL saves/caches websites that their uses frequent. They update these sav=
ed websites, but
not as frequently as many of them change. By caching frequently used webs=
ites, they add the
speed of download to dialups of webpages. NETSCAPE also does this.
