I'm not sure that Cindy ever bred Pekes...she has a couple, and she also has
a couple of Greyhounds, which she didn't breed, either.
Who did Best when Hatter won? I can't remember, but I doubt it was
a judge who'd bred Shepherds or ever even owned one.
it isn't necessary to breed a breed to know a good one or a bad one.....
