This is a long and thoughtful post Dania but there is one glaring error. I
did not contact Election Trust. Lew Bunch did back in May. He solicited a
bid from him and then John contacted me due to Lew Bunch's directions. When
I didn't respond back to him I was sent an RFP from John at Election Trust
per Lew Bunch's instructions. I was then requested to approve the bid or
make changes if necessary. When I didn't reply at once I was then prompted
to do so by Lew. When I did reply my emails bounced and Lew had to forward
them for me. I now have an email for Election Trust that works but it is
never the one John sends me email by.
