[ SHOWGSD-L ] BALLOT HERE INSTRUCTIONS COULD BE MISLEADING

Got the ballot here in Louisiana today.
In reading the instructions I think they could be read as misleading
For the board it states:
Vote for no more than 7, DOES NOT SAY YOU DO NOT HAVE TO VOTE FOR 7, you can
vote less than 7 and your ballot will still be counted.
For Judges is states: Vote for 3 using numbers 1,2 and 3.
This would indicate that you have to vote for 3 when in fact you can vote
for just one or two and your ballot will still be counted.
