Suzanne, I am sending you a copy of the filed Articles of Incorporation for
the parent of Showgsd-l, a non-profit corporation. The By-Laws of the
GSDCA, a non-profit corporation, are viewable on the www.gsdca.org site, and
those of the AKC are at: http://www.akc.org/rules/charter_bylaws.cfm?page=1
and the AKC sample bylaws for a new all-breed club are at:

UTTON.Y=11&page=2 so you can see an example of these documents, but Bylaws
are a very specific sort of document, so will need to be tailored to how the

I'm at work designing a volunteer program for the doggies of DeKalb. Does
anyone out there have stock set of letters of incorporation/by-laws, etc.
for a non-profit 501C3??? Need something in Word format to fit into the
proposal.....
How is this GSD related, one might ask?? Until this stupid thing is
finished I can't GET off to GO to a dog show :c(
