That is most probably what that gigantic "collection company" does.
Remember, I saw the ad stuck on my newspaper about "Have Poop,
We Scoop"!! I'm sure they "sell" whatever mixture they make -- Ha!
I sold more horse manure in my time than I'd ever dreamed could be a
"business" until I got "with it"!! Something else that I was amazed at the
pine needles galore. Folks use it to cover their flowerbeds etc. during
the winter etc. Guess there is money in most anything if you just figure
some need somebody may have for it. What was the slogan somebody
had about that you can fool some of the people -- dern, I'm old - Senior
moment, but I am SURE some of you folks'll know what I mean. Norma

And this is the truth.....I started rinsing my pooper scoopers off with the
hose by my gardenia bushes and boy did they start to bloom....they have
been
getting brown soup for over a year and are absolutely gorgeous!
