article VI section 2. regular membership shall be that which results from
the club acceptance of a properly executed application, accompanied by the
required dues. Any member holding a regular membership in the GSDCWA must
reside within one hundred driving miles of the City of Seattle. An Associate
membership shall be that which results in the club acceptance of a properly
executed application, accompanied by the required dues, and with the
individual(s) residing more that one hundred miles from the City of Seattle.
Any
regular member moving outside this geographical limit will be
automatically transferred to the status of an associate member. An associate
membership
will have all rights, privileges, and obligations of a regular membership
except that assiciate members, honorary members and life members will not
be included in the required one fourth membership to form a quorum.
