The Dog Press loved the early May Soledad O’Brien Brian Gumbel T.V.
shockumentary. They are of made of the same yellow fabric.
What *didn’t* surprise me was the rash of breeders that rushed to agree with
them. The alternate registries, too, jumped on the issue and rushed to
beat each other to the starting gate with the news that THEY agreed that AKC
was ruining dog breeds. Many AKC GSD breeders also jumped on what they
thought would be the winning horse - the blasting of the AKC conformation
winning GSD - , some among us, I’m thinking.
I really must have my coffee before I post :-)
