HOWEVER...
There are breeds of dogs that naturally attract the "bad guys" simply by the
very nature of the
breed and the ease by which it can be turned into a "weapon" - it's just not
enough to say "Bred properly, put into the right owners hands, this breed is
just as wonderful..."because there are no assurances that this would happen
even in the majority of the time. Also, these breeds have as much instinct
in them to "maim" as ours do to herd.. we can keep it under wraps, but you
just never know what and when that "instinct" will be turned on..I have also
had that lovely pet chow on a grooming table turn into a snaring, biting
thing.. not nice to witness and
too much of a risk to human life and limb, in my view..
