And your solution to the above is... what? Breed-specific legislation?
Outright banning? What if many of the "not-quite-mean-enough" dogs
sold as family pets happened to be half-German Shepherd and some
legislator got the bright idea that all GSDs should be banned? Did you
solve the problem then... or did you just put a Band-Aid on a gushing
wound?
It's the PEOPLE that are the problem here, people!!! :/
