Remember-there is no rush to get an AKC replacement. The Board can take
their time on that. It is not an appointed thing The Board nominates--maybe 2-3
candidates,and the Board votes them in. No deadline to meet. Carmen has to
either resign or be voted off first. and there is no hurry to replace the Board
vacancy either. That can be done now or wait until fall elections. Board's
