With so many German Shepherds in Kill Shelters and Rescue, wouldn't you
think that some of those could have been bred by some of us? Unfortunately,
we don't know where these poor dogs have come from. That's why I think it's
so important that, before we sell our pups, they should be identified
somehow with either chip or tattoo.
It's also possible that there are people who do not wish to be responsible
for their GSD's ending up in a shelter. I am so grateful that I was able to
save one of my "kids" because he had a microchip implanted. You know, WE
could make a difference.

With the help of Vivienne James of Critter Calvary, an all breed rescue, we
have successfully pulled ANOTHER Murphy (named after the facility he was in)
from Murfreesboro Tennessee! Vivienne was able to find someone to
TEMPORARILY foster this poor bi color baby and has procured long term board
for 5$ a day! (cheapest yet!) ...We are now searching for long term foster
for this guy. He is neutered, HW negative, and fully vaccinated. I have
asked Viv if she could find someone to do a temperment test for us...updates
to follow!
