[ SHOWGSD-L ] Angel Merkley - passing

I received?a call?yesterday that on Tuesday Sept 2nd, Angel Merkley (Merkel
GSD's) passed away after a year long battle with lung cancer.? I believe she
was my age, 32 years old? Angel leaves behind a 2 year old son, Chandler as
well as several German Shepherd kids??? Angel co-bred a very nice litter with
Gerald Roach & John & Teri Ayotte that produced her first champion - Ch.
Merkel's Gambling Maverick as well as Tina Bogdanich's male Ch. Frankenhaus I'm
A Believer "Neil"...both sired by Mephisto
In her short time in the GSD world Angel made an impact and always added zest
to every situation
It is strange for me to be saying goodbye to someone so young and someone I
remember as very upbeat about the future and her dogs
