You may not get an injunction without filing a law suit. You cannot file a
law suit without a defendant. To get an injunction you file a law suit.
Then you ask for early relief, before it is heard to get an emergency
order, called an injunction.
Would someone who was at the meeting please post what happened. I have
heard from three board members that someone did threaten to sue and that Lamar
told them what it meant. But, I do not have permission to post it, and I
was not there. Getting an injunction is litigation.
I don't care how someone wants to "spin" this. If there was another threat
of litigation and if it was meant not in jest, it has to be considered.
