I heard that you voted in favor of Hunte's membership. Is this true? Did you
disclose to the parent club that you have been a feature speaker at the Hunte
Corp conference prior to your vote? Did you receive renumeration (monetary or
other consideration) from the Hunte Corp, or any of its subsidiaries or
affiliates? Did anyone ask Hunte about the circumstances surrounding the Hunte
Corp's purchase of DoBoTri Kennels? According to my preliminary research, Doug
Hughes,operating under the license of DoBoTri Kennels, settled charges of
violations of the Animal Welfare Act with the USDA by agreeing to a license
revocation and a $7,500.00 fine. According to my research, Hunte Corp then
hired Doug Hughes as a Director of Breeder Support and in 2003 promoted Hughes
to the position of Vice President of Breeder Support. Were you aware of any of
this? No officer, director, or member of the club should be intimidated by
veiled threats of litigation by Hunte's attorney. I have gat

information that I am willing to share. I had the utmost respect for you
Carmen and I hope the parent club will immediately recall the vote. I had
planned to join and become active with the local and parent clubs .
Unfortunately, I cannot and will not be able to join based upon the decision of
