merican-Bred - For dogs born in the United States from a mating which took
place in the United States, that are not yet champions (mandatory class).

Subject: [ SHOWGSD-L ] American Bred definition
If you live in the US and ship seman from a Canadian male, have the seman
placed in the bitch here in the US, do the progeny qualify to be shown in the
American Bred class?
Conversely if you drive to Canada and do a natural breeding to the same dog,
and whelp the litter here in the US does that litter qualify for American Bred?
Seems as though there might be contradictory views here!! Just curious.
