that ONE litter the dog MUST be altered....

PLEASE!  Carefully read the amended Bill.  Levine is getting nervous and
obviously responding to our outcry.   BUT carefully read the bottom of the
Bill, it is WORSE in some respects:
Only ONE litter per year
Only One intact pair of dogs/cats.
Required reporting of to whom you sold the puppies.
Housing requirements - WHO is going to decide what is "adequate housing"
and "wholesome" food?    (Many AR folks thinks crates are cruel!)
Please !  send NEW letters to the committee opposing the AMENDED Bill.by
July 2 for consideration!!!
Read the amendments.  While some are positive some remain the same. Keep
the pressure up!!

The objective is to kill this bill! Then get involved with your local
government to ensure that these prohibitive bills are not passed again.
