The dog, ha ha...but the qualifications are for the handler...and then the
winner can compete in winners....you can always hire a handler for winners,
I guess! LOL Peggy

I was just wondered Because so many people seem concerned if the judge will
look at them or not(sarcasm)
What I don't understand is if so many people wonder if the judges will
consider them(never say their dog) why they even bother to show
