Congrats to Stormy, Meg, and Sangria for their Herding Group rankings.
More Stats:
#2 is the only one, so far, with a Dual Title!
#2, #3, and #7 are in the TOP 5 GERMAN SHEPHERD DOGS IN THE COUNTRY!
#1, #2, #3, #6, and #7 are Best In Show (All-Breed) Winners!
Being a true and authentic GSDCA member and elitist GSD supporter, I don't pay
much attention to All-Breed and Herding Group rankings; who cares about beating
Aussies, Cattle Dogs, Collies and such, let alone Great Danes, Poodles, and
Beagles? (Tongue-in-cheek) I have yet to figure out what All-Breed numbers do
for us. No awards, recognition, nor invitations.
Top 20 in the BREED standings, or being one of the first 10 Grand Champion GSD,
or a Best in Show winner, gives us invitations to Eukanuba.
Top 5 in the BREED standings gives us an invitation to Westminster. (Fingers
crossed!!)
#1 in the BREED standings qualifies us for the Parade of Greats at the GSDCA
National Specialty after said dog attains the age of 7 years.
Thanks for bringing up these individuals achievements, Helen. How fun!!
