Do you really think we are the only organizations that has more members
that want to serve than there are those that want the position. By your
way of
thinking I am sure we can find 100+ out of the 3,000+ that want to serve
on the board so should we have over 100 board members. I THINK NOT.
I believe when I joined the GSDCA there were over 6,000 member. I think
now
that there are somewhere in the area of 3,000 or a little over. If we had
19 when it was 6,000 then maybe we should only have 9 now that it is apx
3,000.
