[ SHOWGSD-L ] Ain't too Proud to Beg!

Today I shamed my friend and handler, Bill Basu.....I grew up in the 60's and I
listened to the sound of Motown and the Temptations were my favorite singing
group...they had a hit song called.."Ain't too proud to Beg"...I'd sing it to
you, but then you would loose what little respect you have for me...well Bill
and I went dog shopping at the kennel of a well known breeder who's name is not
important...well I saw a dog that I wanted so bad, I got down on my knees and
kissed the breeder's feet ( I really did).....this male was marvelous!.......a
dog that could compete with the best...traveling all over the country this year
I got a chance to see dogs from many parts of the country!....but the breeder
held firm...this animal just was not for sale....so I left with a broken
heart...maybe its for the best that I did not get him, cuz on Monday I will
need a new handler because Bill and I are going to the Raider-Cleveland Brown
game Sunday, Bill is a Cleveland Brown fan ( the guy'
s never
even been to Cleveland)...he plans to wear his Cleveland Brown clothing to the
Oakland Coliseum.....I always thought Bill was pretty smart...so I will be
looking for a handler to handle the dog that I do not have yet....Its tough to
be a man.....Its dangerous to be a Cleveland Brown fan in Oakland...lol...FB
