Everybody indeed deserves a second chance, but I have listened and
listened and waited for Vick to say something that would convince me
that he was truly sorry for what he did, not just that he got caught.
Reminds me of my grandson when he was caught at something. I told
him to write a letter of apology (not to me, but that doesn't
matter). He wrote that he was sorry that he got caught! I had him
think for a bit longer... like a night without T.V. He was sorry
that he wasn't able to have the T.V. in the next note and then...
Yeah, I'm sorry that I did it. Stubborn little sucker. Love him
dearly then and now.
I think I was sorry that I forced a lie and didn't just accept the
truth. I accept Vick's truth. He's sorry that he got caught.
