We need to be accurate. It was Strother Martin speaking to Paul Newman.
But, I do agree.
There is a lot of rumors going around, and a lot of board members asking to
understand what the vote means. I have been asked for a lot of legal
opinions, and been glad to give them. Maybe the people to ask are Margy and
Kris,
as they are lawyers who sit on the board.
I know Lew is working on this situation and will find a resolution. I agree,
we should continue to discuss it, and as we do, find out the truth, (as the
information for Dan provided), and talk to those who voted YES. I know they
have been getting phone calls, and have responded. When they are ready, those
who didn't do so, and are on the List will probably respond.
We need to try to get to the next board meeting. Being on the board is not
easy, and having to deal with this is difficult. But, that is why our board
members get the "Big Bucks" and let's keep the cards and letters coming in,
but let's also have some faith.
