I once worked (at Del Webb Corp) with a wheel-chair bound young lady = who put a CD on her Champion Bouvier. She had a handler for the = breed ring, but, trained and competed in the obedience ring in her = wheel-chair. She earned 2 legs with scores above 195, had class = placements in 2 Novice A classes, but, had one judge who knocked her = significantly because her dog was, because of the wheel-chair, not in = the correct heel position, even with her thigh and knee!! What a = creep, eh?? If I had been there, I would have been screaming for a = good ADA lawyer!! I suspect one that moved fast enough to show a GSD wouldn't handle the corners <G>. Could be a big surprise for whoever was in the next ring! = Janice ============================================================================ POST is Copyrighted 2007.
