Performance is judged on a set scale, and no judge can decide to put up one
or the other. It has a certain requirement to earn it. The dog is either
trained or not. The owner has to put in the time, and can't give the dog to
a handler who can make the dog do better. Because of that, it does seem to
me, (and in my opinion I am the only one that counts), that if the dog is
a German shepherd, (see DNA), then if it earns the title, give it to him,
or in this case her.
Thats my feeling, if its an AKC registered GSD then give it the title it
deserves. Its not conformation its performance, one is judged on correct
conformation and the other on brains, intelligence. If in obedience the dog
had an incorrect bite would it be DQ'd?

It is a little early for this, we should be complaining about the judging
at the National, or the board members, or the food, the arena, or the
seats. But, since it was brought up, here is the way I am leaning.

this year, with great decisions?
